By accessing or using the services provided by Patrol (“we”, “our”, or “us”), a service operated by FIXMYGROUP LTD, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. About Patrol

Patrol provides neighbourhood security patrols on a subscription basis. Our service is designed to deter criminal activity and provide additional security presence, but we are not a police force, emergency response unit, or a replacement for law enforcement.

Patrol officers conduct routine checks, respond to customer requests (within the scope of our service), and provide visible deterrence in the areas we operate.

2. Services Provided

Patrol offers the following services under its subscription plans:

  • Scheduled neighbourhood security patrols

  • Immediate response for non-emergency concerns (subject to availability)

  • Proof-of-patrol via QR code scans or digital logs

  • Additional services such as keyholding and vacation mode (where applicable)

2.1 Service Limitations

  • Patrol officers are not licensed to make arrests or engage in law enforcement activities.

  • We do not guarantee crime prevention and are not liable for any incidents occurring on or near your property.

  • Our response times may vary depending on demand, traffic, and operational factors.

  • Patrol does not provide armed security, private investigations, or alarm monitoring services.

3. Subscription & Payment

3.1 Subscription Plans

  • Patrol operates on a rolling monthly subscription basis, with no long-term contracts.

  • Customers can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time via their account dashboard or by contacting hello@patrol.london.

  • Pricing is based on service tier and geographical demand, and we reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

3.2 Payment & Billing

  • Payment is collected automatically via our selected payment provider.

  • If a payment fails, your access to Patrol services may be suspended until outstanding fees are settled.

  • Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused service periods.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of the billing period.

  • Refunds will not be issued for mid-month cancellations.

  • If we discontinue the service in your area, you will be notified, and any pre-paid fees will be refunded proportionally.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

5.1 No Guarantee of Security

  • Patrol acts as a deterrent but cannot guarantee crime prevention or intervention.

  • We are not responsible for any theft, burglary, damage, or other incidents on your property.

5.2 Limited Liability

  • FIXMYGROUP LTD and its officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Patrol services.

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the last three months.

5.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any service disruptions due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyber-attacks, strikes, or government actions.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure their Patrol Plaque (if applicable) is clearly displayed.

  • False or frivolous emergency requests may result in service suspension.

  • Customers must not obstruct Patrol officers from performing their duties.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

  • We collect and process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required for service delivery or legal compliance.

8. Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified via email or website updates. Continued use of Patrol services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
